FIVE - God's grace to man, responsibility of man
The lord say " indeed, I have blessed you with bread( :power to possess) in my presence and grace to conceive(plan) and achieve(possess) but you have a responsibility and role to play : by making sure you silent and stop your glory manipulators.
As cutting or barbing hair in the dream means : glory manipulation or attack glory.
So, go ahead and ask the fire of the living God to silent and destroy every infliction, powers and attack on your glory.
