Kindly help me with the meaning to this weird dream a worker and friend at my site said he had about me.

According to him, they were at the site but he himself was not working. It was a building site and my junior colleagues were around. Then I came into the site wearing a dark raincoat even though it was not raining so I was not feeling fine. On my head was something like a big decaying injury and my face was full of small injuries. when he saw it, he greeted me but could not ask me questions because of other people on site. he then became worried and woke up.

I was lying on same bed with my big boss and an executive director in the firm (and the person that got me my present job which I intend leave next week). I told him that I am resigning and leaving, but he said no. That he doesn't want to hear that, as there is future for construction/ infrastructure in the South east part of Nigeria hence so much opportunity for the company to tap into. But I told him that I have to leave. As we were discussing/arguing this, an elderly woman came in looking for him. she was complaining about tax deduction from her salary or something like that. My big boss got up, sat on the bed with hands folded on his laps to listen to her. he seemed somehow subdued and humbled. I could also overhear the owner of the company since we were in a room next to his sitting room/ office and the door was open

Scene 1:
I was sleeping when I woke up to ease myself only to find out that I had urinated on the bed. I was not happy with what happened but my wife was just smiling at me not in the least bothered. I wondered how come it happened. I realized that the whole day I had urinated frequently as if control was not there. I then started using a rag to mop up the urine from the mattress. I would squeeze the urine from the mattress to floor then go on to mop it. I wanted to try and finish before someone comes in. My wife was not even bothered but went on the lie on the mattress while I worried that the urine would soil her. she just adjusted her position to avoid it. I think I sighted my father-in-law when I went to the toilet to dispose off the moped urine.

Scene 2:
I was with a good friend and we were at his town/village. I also grew up there. She was explaining to one of his cousins how and why his father had to evacuate their cousins from their present accommodation to another one. His dad was responsible for the renovation of both houses and now wants to use one while he moves the other family members to the other one. As I was strolling with him later, he told me that he really talked to one of our childhood friends that seem to be living a wayward life. I was marveled that he did it and happy with him. He told me that he was surprised he could do it. I then told him the it was the Holy Spirit the inspired him and gave him the words to speak. he said afterwards, that our childhood friend became sober and may change. I was really happy with his action

1. Your spiritual(marine deposits : infliction of diseases in your system/manhood et al) and physical ( inability to live up to your marital expectations and perform well as a man et al) shame has just been totally eradicated.

That is, night night/bed is indeed embarrassing for grown up but your wife wasn't ashamed because ? It's called " Disposition of (your) shame or evil deposits " meaning, your shame, disgrace et al has been wiped off/out.
