You are simply under emotional breakdown and stress your case is not spiritual.
But I have this word for you :
Quote:Welcome-to Overcoming Depression"
Depression is a single word which carries a multitude of meanings. Even experts disagree on what exactly constitutes ‘depression’ and there is no widely agreed common cause for it. People encounter depression in different ways – some in a relatively short burst which never recurs; others come to recognise it as a constant companion throughout life. But one thing is sure: depression is more than feeling sad or low, more than the emotion common to everyone when things get tough, life becomes dull or we lose someone we love. Depression is an undesired ‘brain state’ over which sufferers have little or no control; a place of helplessness, and often anxiety and fear. Depression affects men, women and children and does not discriminate by culture, ethnicity or background. While it may not have its origins in a chemical or physiological change, there is evidence to suggest that depression changes the brain’s natural healthy balance, with negative effects. Sufferers experience life-diminishing symptoms such as tiredness, insomnia, significant health issues, reduced motivation and even suicidal thoughts. This little booklet promises no simple cure for depression. If you are concerned about depression – in you, or someone you love – we encourage you to seek help from a medical professional or spiritual guidance. But we pray that in these pages you will find new hope and be encouraged to seek God for your healing and wholeness.
I want you to go through the link, below and read,digest and meditate on them. I give you 3-4 days. Get back to be after the expiry date if there is no improvement.

But I also have this word for you :
• Identify the source of your depression.
• tackle it and come out of it.
• Stop Prayer for now and focus on thanksgiving and worship.
• Ask yourself, who's to be blame, the cause of my spiritual/physical depression? If you found its you accept your mistakes and forgive yourself, move on as it's only here to bring out the best of you and learn. If it's not you? Ask yourself? Why don't I forgive, forget and learn from these instead of allowing it weigh me down? Should a mortal man decide when I should be happy or sad?
• Ask yourself, If the deed,mistakes is committed already ,why don't I focus on how to make amend rather than dwelling on the mistakes and remain a failure and full of regret?
• Lastly, keep in mind that, what doesn't kill would either make you stronger or fall/fail but the power to be stronger lies in your hands.
• Failure, depression happens it's not peculiar to anybody as keeping this in mind helps in restoration your confidence.
• Here is the word of God, assurance of his love, when you fall :
◄ Isaiah 40:30-31 ►
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.. So, you see? God understand that " to fall" is inevitable but if you'd put your trust in him? He will renew your strength. Why not trust God for his word? Give in a chance!
I will be here, waiting, to hear from you before or after the expiry date given..
Bless u
