My sister had a dream about my ex, I once dated her and she is married now.. My sister said in the dream she saw that my ex kneeling down begging me and crying to me. My sister said my ex begged crying to a point my ex followed me into my room in d dream and continued to cry and beg.

What does this dream mean..why will my ex me crying and begging me.
